To Generate and Submit Sitemap for Blogger. What you need to do is:

1. Go to google search and type "Generate Sitemap For Blogger".
2. Click on first website link. 
   
   
   
3. Go to Blogger and click on view Blog. 

   

   
   
4. Now Copy your site link. 

   

   
   
5. Paste Your URL here. 

   

   
   
6. Click on Generate Sitemap. 

   

   
   
7. Now Copy this text from "user agent" to end. 

   

   
   
8. Go to blogger settings. 

   

   
   
9. Allow custom robots.txt. 

   

   
   
10. Click on Custom Robots.txt. 

    

    
    
11. Paste that text here. 

    

    
    
12. Now save settings.
13. Now Go to Google Search Console.
